dcterms.abstractThe invention provides an embedded metal mesh flexible transparent electrode and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: A) preparing a gold grid template on a silicon substrate; B) immersing the gold grid template in a 1H, 1H, 2H, 2H-perfluorodecyl mercaptan solution to obtain a gold grid template having a modified layer on the surface; C) electrodepositing a metal coating on the gold grid template having the modified layer on the surface, and then immersing the gold grid template in a 16-sulfydryl cetylhexadecyl acid solution for surface modification to obtain a surface-modified metal mesh; D) casting a UV-curable adhesive on the surface-modified metal mesh, attaching a PET film, embedding the metal mesh in the UV-curable adhesive after curing, and stripping the metal mesh embedded in the UV-curable adhesive from the gold grid template to obtain the embedded metal mesh flexible transparent electrode. Through electrochemical replication and transfer, the obtained flexible transparent electrode has superior photoelectric performance, excellent mechanical flexibility and environmental stability, and reduces cost and time.-
dcterms.abstract本发明提供了一种嵌入式金属网柔性透明电极及其制备方法,制备方法包括:A)在硅衬底上制备金网格模板;B)将所述金网格模板浸泡于1H,1H,2H,2H‑全氟癸基硫醇溶液中,得到表面具有修饰层的金网格模板;C)在所述表面具有修饰层的金网格模板表面电沉积金属镀层,再浸入16‑巯基十六烷基酸溶液中进行表面修饰,得到表面修饰的金属网;D)在所述表面修饰的金属网上浇铸紫外光固化胶,并覆上PET膜,固化后,金属网嵌入紫外光固化胶中,将嵌入紫外光固化胶中的金属网从金网格模板上剥离,得到嵌入式金属网柔性透明电极。通过电化学复制与转移,得到的柔性透明电极光电性能优越,机械柔韧性和环境稳定性较优,减少了成本和时间。-
