dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a rapid prototyping device and rapid prototyping method for a micro-nano structural member. The rapid prototyping device for the micro-nano structural member comprises a base, a micro-nano unit and a light source unit, wherein the upper part of the base is provided with at least one accommodating groove for holding a photosensitive adhesive; the micro-nano unit is arranged above the base and can move up and down; the micro-nano unit comprises a support portion and at least one micro-nano template arranged under the support portion; the at least one micro-nano template is respectively aligned with the at least one accommodating groove; the micro-nano template is made of a transparent material; a micro-nano structure is arranged below the micro-nano template; the light source unit is arranged above the micro-nano template, and comprises a top plate and a light source arranged below the top plate; light emitted by the light source can transmit the micro-nano template and irradiate the photosensitive adhesive so as to cure the photosensitive adhesive. The rapid prototyping device and rapid prototyping method for the micro-nano structural member of the invention are short in production cycle and low in cost.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种纳微结构件快速成型装置及快速成型方法。纳微结构件快速成型装置包括底座、纳微装置和光源装置。底座上部设有用于盛放光敏胶的至少一个容置槽;纳微装置设置于底座上方,并可上下移动,纳微装置包括支撑部和设于支撑部下面的至少一个纳微模板,至少一个纳微模板分别与至少一个容置槽上下对正,纳微模板由透明材料制成,并且纳微模板的下面设有纳微结构;光源装置设置于纳微模板上方,光源装置包括顶板和设于顶板下面的光源,光源发出的光能透过纳微模板照射至光敏胶,使光敏胶固化。使用本发明的纳微结构件快速成型装置及快速成型方法制作周期短,成本低。-
