Abstract: The invention provides a bionic spider silk polyamino acid bioelastomer material, which is an ABA triblock copolymer composed of a hard segment block A and a soft segment block B. Specifically, the block A has a beta-folding structure and is at least one of poly-L-alanine, poly-L-glycine, L-alanine and L-glycine copolymer, and the block B is at least one of polyethylene oxide, polypropylene oxide,polycaprolactone, polytetrahydrofuran, polydimethylsilane and hydrogenated polybutadiene.
本发明提供了一种仿生蜘蛛丝聚氨基酸生物弹性体材料,所述仿生蜘蛛丝聚氨基酸生物弹性体材料为由硬段A嵌段和软段B嵌段组成的ABA三嵌段共聚物,其中,所述A嵌段具有β‑折叠结构,且所述A嵌段为聚L‑丙氨酸、聚L‑甘氨酸、L‑丙氨酸和L‑甘氨酸共聚物中的至少一种,所述B嵌段为聚环氧乙烷、聚环氧丙烷、聚己内酯、聚四氢呋喃、聚二甲基硅烷、氢化聚丁二烯中的至少一种。
