Abstract: The embodiment of the invention discloses an ultrasonic transducer and a preparation method thereof. A backing structure is provided with a plurality of first grooves in the first direction, the firstgrooves penetrate through the backing structure in the second direction, and the grooves correspond to piezoelectric array element rows in a one-to-one manner; a first conductive structure detachablyconnected to the backing structure comprises a plurality of flexible circuit boards, when the first conductive structure and the backing structure are fixed together, the flexible circuit boards arelocated in the first grooves, the flexible circuit boards are provided with a plurality of wires along the second direction in the first direction, and the wires correspond to piezoelectric array elements in a one-to-one manner to be used for being electrically connected with the piezoelectric array elements, so that electrical connection between all the piezoelectric array elements and the corresponding wires is realized, signal transmission of all the piezoelectric array elements is completed, wire connection separately conduced for each piezoelectric array element is not needed, and the complexity of the wiring process of the piezoelectric array elements is simplified.
本发明实施例公开了一种超声换能器及其制备方法,背衬结构在所述第一方向上具有多个沿第二方向贯穿所述背衬结构的第一凹槽,且所述第一凹槽与压电阵元行一一对应;与所述背衬结构可拆卸连接的第一导电结构包括多个柔性线路板,当所述第一导电结构与所述背衬结构固定在一起时,所述柔性线路板位于所述第一凹槽内,所述柔性线路板在所述第一方向上具有多条沿第二方向的导线,所述导线与所述压电阵元一一对应,用于与所述压电阵元电连接,从而实现所有压电阵元与其对应的导线电连接,完成了所有压电阵元的信号传输,而无需再单独对每一个压电阵元进行导线连接,进而简化了压电阵元的接线工艺的复杂度。
