Abstract

This invention provides a catalyst comprising a new form of ZnFe2O4 spinel nanoparticles, and a method for preparing same. The catalyst is useful for catalyzing the esterification of fatty acids or transesterification of triglycerides, wherein the reaction rate and conversion can be enhanced by free fatty acids. 本发明提供包含新形式的ZnFe2O4尖晶石纳米颗粒的催化剂及其制备方法。该催化剂可用于催化脂肪酸酯化或甘油三酸酯酯交换，其反应速率和转化率可靠游离脂肪酸提高。
