dcterms.abstractThe invention provides a micro-imprint die. The die comprises a substrate, wherein the end part of a forming plate is provided with an imprint surface for imprinting a PMMA film, a film fixing plate is provided with a mounting part for mounting the PMMA film, an imprint adjusting component is arranged at the forming plate, the imprint adjusting component adjusts the parallelism between the imprintsurface in the forming plate and the PMMA film, the substrate is arranged at the film fixing plate, heating bodies are arranged in the forming plate and the film fixing plate separately, the heatingrod in the forming plate heats the imprint surface, the heating rod in the film fixing plate heats the film fixing plate and the PMMA film mounted in the film fixing plate, the substrate is arranged at a movable support of a punch, the forming plate and the imprint adjusting component are arranged at a fixed support of a traditional punch, the movable support drives the substrate to move, the filmfixing plate arranged on the substrate and the PMMA film in the film fixing plate move towards the imprint surface of the forming plate till the imprint surface is pressed on the PMMA film, and the PMMA film obtains a multi-curved surface prism structure through imprint. The die is simple in structure and low in cost, and can process the multi-curved surface prism structure on the PMMA film in alarge area.-
dcterms.abstract本发明提供了一种微压印模具,包括基板,成形板端部设有用于对PMMA薄膜压印的压印面,固膜板设有用于装设PMMA薄膜的装设部,压印调整组件设于成形板,压印调整组件调整成形板内的压印面与PMMA薄膜的平行度,基板设置于固膜板,成形板和固膜板内均设有加热体,成形板内的加热棒对压印面加热,固膜板内的加热棒对固膜板以及安装于固膜板内的PMMA薄膜加热,基板设在冲压机的活动支架,成形板以及压印调整组件设于传统冲压机的固定支架,活动支架带动基板移动,设置于基板上的固膜板以及固膜板内的PMMA薄膜朝向成形板的压印面移动,直至压印面压合在PMMA薄膜上,PMMA薄膜压印出多曲面棱镜结构,本发明结构简单、成本低廉并且可大面积在PMMA薄膜加工出多曲面棱镜结构。-
