Manual Forming Facility for Freeform Applications
Manual Forming in sheet metal provides equipment to produce contoured, curved and freeforms products. Common in coach building and aviation industry, the skills are also used to restore historic automobiles for collectors or museums.
The facility provides: Shearing machine for cutting 1mm x 1200mm steel sheets, Box-pan Brake for bending 2mm x 1020mm steel sheets, Forming Roller for rolling 2mm x 1000mm steel sheets.
Support Freeforms production with: English Wheel for compound curvature, Planishing Hammer for freeform parts, Shrinker-Stretchers for folding curved parts, Bead Rollers for folding and reinforcing and Hand Notcher for 90° corner shearing.
