Abstract: An online predictive supervisory optimal controller model of a central chilled water system is developed by integrating the model level, performance and parameter identification. The model is based on simple physical properties and online parameters identification with adaptive control technique. It forecasts in real time the operating and control characteristics of the whole system with a self-tuning method.
