Abstract: The invention discloses a negative Poisson ratio woven fabric which is formed by repeating the smallest repeated fabric structure units. The warps and wefts are jointly weaved into the smallest repeated fabric structure units. The shape structures of the smallest repeated fabric structure units are concave polygonal, rotary polygonal, star-shaped honeycomb, cross-linking polygonal or concave foldable structures. The woven fabric has the negative Poisson ratio effect or zero Poisson ratio effect along one or more direction in the plane. The invention also discloses a manufacturing method for the negative Poisson ratio woven fabric. According to the manufacturing method, the common yarns and weaving machine are used, so that the cost is lowered; the method is simple, convenient and effective; the woven fabric with the negative Poisson ratio effect in mass production is simple and easily realized.
本发明公开了一种负泊松比机织物,由最小重复织物结构单元重复组成。最小重复织物结构单元由经纱和纬纱共同交织构成,最小重复织物结构单元的形状结构是内凹多边形、旋转多边形、星形蜂窝结构、交联多边形或者内凹折叠结构,使机织物在其平面一个或多个方向上呈现负泊松比或零泊松比效应。本发明还公开了一种负泊松比机织物制造方法,该制造方法使用普通的纱线和织机从而降低了成本,并且方法简便有效,使得大规模生产具有负泊松比效应的机织物变得简单并易于实现。
