Abstract: The invention relates to an automatic control system of a hydroelectric generator. The automatic control system at least comprises a battery pack, a three-phase rectifier bridge, a three-phase dummy load and a controller; when the voltage of the battery is located between upper limit voltage and lower limit voltage, the hydroelectric generator is connected with the input end of the three-phase rectifier bridge so as to charge the battery pack under the control of the controller, and the output ends of the battery pack and the three-phase rectifier bridge are connected with an external load under the control of the controller, so that power can be supplied for the external load; when the voltage of the battery pack is decreased to the lower limit voltage, the controller cuts off a closed circuit of the output ends of the battery pack and the three-phase rectifier bridge and the external load, so that power supply is stopped; and when the voltage of the battery pack is increased to the upper limit voltage, the controller cut offs a closed circuit of the hydroelectric generator and the input end of the three-phase rectifier bridge, and the hydroelectric generator is connected with the three-phase dummy load under the control of the controller so as to perform discharging. The controller of the automatic control system of the invention perform charging and discharging control on the circuits according to the voltage conditions of the battery pack; a motor and batteries are protected through the three-phase dummy load. The automatic control system has the advantages of compact structure and stable operation, and is especially suitable for hydroelectric generators.
本发明涉及一种水力发电机的自动控制系统,至少包括:电池组、三相整流桥、三相假负载和控制器;所述控制器在电池组的电压位于上限电压与下限电压之间时,控制水力发电机与三相整流桥的输入端连接向电池组充电,并将电池组和三相整流桥的输出端连接外部负载向其供电;所述控制器在电池组的电压降低至下限电压时,切断电池组和三相整流桥的输出端与外部负载的通路停止供电;所述控制器在电池组的电压升高至上限电压时,切断水力发电机与三相整流桥输入端的通路,并控制水力发电机与三相假负载连接放电。本发明的控制器根据电池组电压情况对电路进行充放电控制,并通过三相假负载保护电机和电池,其结构紧凑、运行稳定,尤其适用于管网水力发电机。
