dcterms.abstract | The invention discloses a method for conducting asymmetric catalytic hydriding reaction, which is that H2 performs the addition reaction to a front chirality compound of unsaturated under the function of chirality catalyst to get chirality product, wherein, solvent for using reaction is liquid carmowax kind compound. The invention achieves catalyst, product separation and recycling in homogeneous reaction system. Carmowax kind reaction medium is green solvent of safe, cheaply-priced and environment-friendly to decrease environment pollution. Compared with prior catalytic hydriding reaction Zymolyte, the conversion rate and product enantioselectivity of biorecluction can reach the same level. The enantioselectivity of product is improved in some recycle experiments. The chirality product is the important medicine midbody, which has an important application foreground. | - |
dcterms.abstract | 本发明公开了进行不对称催化氢化反应的方法。本发明方法是在手性催化剂的作用下,H2对不饱和前手性化合物进行加成反应,得到手性产物,其中,反应所用的溶剂为液态聚乙二醇类化合物。本发明方法不仅实现了均相反应体系中催化剂和产物的分离、回收利用,而且所采用的聚乙二醇类反应介质为一种安全、廉价且环境友好的绿色溶剂,减少了环境污染。与现有催化氢化反应方法相比,底物的转化率与产物的对映选择性都可以达到相同的水平,在有些回收实验中,产物的对映选择性还有所提高;所得到的手性产物为重要的医药中间体,具有重要的应用前景。 | - |
