Abstract: The invention discloses preparation methods for a lotus-leaf structured self-cleaning plastic film and lotus-leaf structured self-cleaning surface microstructures. The preparation methods comprise the steps of 1) preparing a mold core by using a single-point diamond processing technology; and 2) preparing a micro-surface type with submicron scale surface shape accuracy and nanoscale surface roughness by injecting on a plastic with the mold core, so as to make grooves with surfaces arranged neatly or staggeredly, so that contact angles between water drops and contact surfaces are over 90 degrees. The invention also discloses a preparation method for the lotus-leaf structured self-cleaning surface microstructures. The plastic film with lotus-leaf structured surface microstructures can be prepared by using ultraprecise single-point diamond processing technology. The plastic film has a self-cleaning function and wide applications. Besides, with the above mold core, common plastics can be made into plastic products with the self-cleaning function rapidly, thereby greatly increasing production efficiency.
本发明公开了一种具有荷叶结构的自清洁塑料膜及表面微型结构的制备方法,包括以下步骤:1)采用单点金刚石加工制备模芯;2)利用模芯在塑料上注塑制备具有亚微米级表面形状精度和纳米级表面粗糙度的微型表面面型,使其表面整齐排布或交错排布的凹槽能让水滴与其接触面具有90度以上的接触角。本发明还公开了一种具有荷叶结构的自清洁表面微型结构的制备方法。本发明采用超精密单点金刚石加工技术可制备出具有荷叶表面微型结构的塑料膜,该塑料膜具有自清洁功能,用途广泛。此外,采用上述模芯可以快速地把普通的塑料制备成具有自清洁功能的塑料产品,从而极大地提高生产效率。
