Abstract: A 125Gbit/ s single polarization half-cycle 32QAM Nyquist-SCM signal transmission over 2km was experimentally demonstrated using EML and direct detection with a receiver sensitivity of -5.2dBm at BER= 3.8x10(-3) over 2km of SSMF for short reach communications.
