dcterms.abstract利用1962年以来的日长变化、东太平洋海面水温以及香港验潮站的海平面资料, 分析和揭示即将来临的El Nino事件的前兆现象在日长和海平面变化观测中的反映. 研究结果表明, 随着1998年初夏开始的强La Nino事件的结束, 又一次新的El Nino事件正在孕育过程中, 预计它的形成期将在2000年底前开始, 并可能在2001年底前后达到盛期.-
