This paper introduces the principle and process of withdrawing vapor by GPS observations, discusses how to improve its precision and real-time Characteristic, and offers the method of constitute 3-dimisions vapor distribution. we can withdraw the content of vapor in atmosphere by effect of inversing atmosphere with GPS observations, which has perfect effect to the weather study and weather Forecast.
