Abstract: In recent years, as the air traffic increase, the demand of air capacity has also increased. However, because of the imbalance between airports’ demand and existing available capacity of airport, airport congestion and flight delay problems are becoming increasingly fierce. As a consequence, some other obvious problems, such as passengers’ dissatisfaction, are aroused. Since passengers’ perceptions on airlines’ on-time performance is essential to their future airline selection decision, it is significant to explore passengers’ perceptions on both departure and arrival delays, in order to provide indications and implications to airlines operations.
