Abstract: When there is huge competition exists between online travel agencies, e-quality of website become important to affect customer intention to use the site. Since there is no comprehensive framework for booking website evaluation, this study is going to propose a model for evaluating factors affecting behavioral intention of purchasing air ticket. The methodology uses Structural Modeling Equation (SEM) to test six hypotheses: efficiency, hedonics, shared values, privacy and security directly and positively affects perceived value. Furthermore, perceived value directly and significantly affects loyalty towards booking websites. The result shows that both dimensions positively affect perceived value, which, in turn, positively affect loyalty. These result will be useful for online booking provider to attract more customers by developing efficient strategy.
