Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of removing endotoxin from a protein product by busing a two-nucleophilic housing shaped Nano adsorbent provided with a capability of selectively absorbing endotoxin molecular from a protein compound. The method comprises the steps of: (a) preparing a plurality of core-housing shaped Nano particles, (b) adding the core-housing shaped Nano particles into the protein product containing endotoxin, (c) incubating the core-housing shaped Nano particles and the protein product together for some time, and (d) separating the Nano particles from the protein product.
一种使用核-壳型纳米颗粒从蛋白质制备物中去除内毒素的方法,所述核-壳型纳米颗粒具有选择性地吸附蛋白质混合物中的内毒素分子的能力。所述方法包括如下步骤:(a)制备多个核-壳型纳米颗粒;(b)将所述核-壳型纳米颗粒添加到含有内毒素的蛋白质制备物中;(c)将所述核-壳型纳米颗粒与所述蛋白质制备物一起温育一段时间;和(d)从所述蛋白质制备物中分离出纳米颗粒。
