Abstract: The invention discloses a cortex moutan microcapsule for treating allergic dermatitis, and a preparation method thereof. The cortex moutan microcapsule comprises a cover layer formed by chitosan/sodium alginate, and cortex moutan powder disposed in the cover layer. The cirtex moutan microcapsule is prepared by an emulsion polymerization method. Meanwhile, the invention also discloses an application of the above cortex moutan microcapsule in manufacturing fabric for treating the allergic dermatitis. The cortex moutan microcapsule is fixed to the surface of the fabric. The cortex moutan microcapsule disclosed by the invention has not only significant functions for treating the allergic dermatitis but also good drug sustained release effect, so that the cortex moutan microcapsule can act on a patient for a long time. At the same time, since the cortex moutan microcapsule does not contain water, discomfort of skin cold caused by a wet wrapped therapy can be overcome when the cortex moutan microcapsule is applied in the fabric for treating the patient. The preparation method disclosed by the invention is simple in process and mild in conditions, thereby facilitating operation and control. The cortex moutan microcapsule can be adhered to the fabric through processes such as spraying, so that an application process can be implemented easily.
本发明公开了一种用于治疗过敏性皮炎的丹皮微胶囊及其制备方法,该丹皮微胶囊包含壳聚糖/海藻酸钠形成的包覆层和位于该包覆层内的丹皮粉,该丹皮微胶囊采用乳液聚合法制备得到。同时,本发明还公开了上述丹皮微胶囊在制造用于治疗过敏性皮炎的织物中的应用,其中上述丹皮微胶囊固着在织物表面。本发明的丹皮微胶囊不仅具有显著的治疗过敏性皮炎的功能,而且具有良好的药物缓释效果,从而可长时间作用于患者。同时,由于该丹皮胶囊不含水,将其应用于织物后在治疗患者时也可以克服湿裹疗法所造成的皮肤冰冷等不适。本发明的制备方法过程简单、条件温和,因而便于操作和控制。丹皮微胶囊可通过喷涂等工艺附着于织物,应用过程便于实施。
