dcterms.abstractThe invention relates to a radiation shielding fiber and a preparation method thereof. The radiation shielding fiber comprises the following raw materials by weight percent: 1-10 percent of ammonium tungstate, 5-20 percent of polyacrylonitrile copolymer and 70-95 percent of dimethyl formamide (DMF). The preparation method for the radiation shielding fiber comprises the following steps of preparing the raw materials according to proportions and feeding the materials in sequence to obtain a transparent faint-yellow clarified homogenous-phase mixed solution, performing ultrasonic stewing to remove bubbles to obtain a spinning solution, and then preparing fibrils through dry spinning treatment; drying the obtained fibrils, and performing pre-oxidization treatment on the dried fibrils under existence of air; carbonizing the pre-oxidized fibrils under the atmosphere of nitrogen to obtain the radiation shielding fiber containing metal tungsten nano particles. The radiation shielding fiber and the preparation method thereof, which are disclosed by the invention, have the beneficial effects that the radiation shielding fiber has the performance of a fibrous material and also an anti-radiation function of metal tungsten; furthermore, products with different densities can be manufactured according to different proportions.-
dcterms.abstract本发明涉及一种辐射屏蔽纤维及其制备方法,该辐射屏蔽纤维的原料组分按重量百分比包括:1~10%的钨酸铵盐、5~20%的聚丙烯腈共聚物,70~95%的DMF;该辐射屏蔽纤维的制备方法则是按比例配备原料,并按照先后顺序投料,从而得到淡黄色透明澄清均一相的混合溶液,超声静置脱泡,即得到纺丝液,然后通过干法纺丝处理,制备出原纤维;将得到的原纤维进行干燥,在空气存在的条件下,把干燥后的原纤维作预氧化处理;将预氧化处理过的原纤维在氮气的氛围中进行碳化处理,即得到含金属钨纳米颗粒的辐射屏蔽纤维。实施本发明的有益效果:既具有纤维物的性能,同时又具有金属钨的抗辐射功能,并且可根据不同的配比制造出不同密度的产品。-
