dcterms.abstractThe invention discloses a passive magnetic bearing and assemblies thereof. The passive magnetic bearing comprises a rotating shaft and a rotor assembly and one or more stator assemblies which are arranged on the rotating shaft. The stator assembly comprises a disk-shaped stator disc and a plurality of same block permanent magnets embedded in the stator disc; a bottom surface of the stator disc is provided with a plurality of sets of concentric annular stator grooves used for installation of the permanent magnets; each set of stator grooves comprises four annular stator grooves, permanent magnets of same polarity are disposed in a first stator groove and a fourth stator groove in terms of radial column numbers along the stator disc, and permanent magnets of same polarity but with polarity different from the polarity of the permanent magnets disposed in the first stator groove and the fourth stator groove are disposed in a second stator groove and a third stator groove. The rotor assembly comprises a disk-shaped rotor disc and a plurality of same block permanent magnets embedded in the rotor disc; and the bottom surface of the rotor disc is provided with rotor grooves in one-to-one correspondence to the stator grooves for installation of the permanent magnets. The passive magnetic bearing provided by the invention has the advantages of low cost, easy preparation and stable operation.-
dcterms.abstract本发明公开了一种被动式磁悬浮轴承及其组件,被动式磁悬浮轴承包括转轴以及设在转轴上的一个转子组件和一个或多个定子组件。定子组件包括圆盘形定子盘和嵌设在定子盘上的多个相同的块状永磁体;定子盘的底面上设有多组同心圆环形定子凹槽用以安放永磁体;每组定子凹槽包括四个圆环形定子凹槽,沿定子盘的径向列数的第一个和第四个定子凹槽中放置相同极性的永磁体,第二个和第三个定子凹槽中放置相同极性的但与第一个和第四个凹槽中极性不同的永磁体。转子组件包括圆盘形转子盘和镶嵌在转子盘内的多个相同的块状永磁体;转子盘的底面上设有与定子凹槽一一对应的转子凹槽以安放永磁体。该被动式磁悬浮轴承具有成本低、制备容易且运行稳定的优点。-
