Abstract: The invention relates to an apparatus for testing the mechanical performances of a shopping bag. The apparatus comprises: a casing, wherein a framework comprising columns and a chassis is arranged in the casing; a shopping bag suspension motion mechanism arranged on the framework and used for suspending the shopping bag and controlling the up-and-down motion of the shopping bag; a free falling dart mechanism arranged on the framework and over the shopping bag suspension motion mechanism; a signal acquisition device arranged on the framework and used for acquiring signals relating with the test; and a control unit arranged on the framework and in communication connection with the signal acquisition device, the shopping bag suspension motion mechanism and the free falling dart mechanism. The test apparatus enables the test of three indexes comprising the repeatable utilization, the weight bearing capability and the impact resistance of the shopping bag to be completed on one apparatus, so the test apparatus can be used for the comprehensive evaluation of the environmental protection characteristic of the shopping bag.
本发明涉及一种购物袋力学性能的测试仪器,包括机壳,所述机壳内设有包括立柱和底盘的框架,以及安装在所述框架上的:购物袋悬挂运动机构,用于悬挂并控制所述购物袋上下往复运动;设于所述购物袋悬挂运动机构上方的自由落镖机构;信号采集装置,用于采集与测试相关的信号;以及控制单元,其通信连接到所述信号采集装置、所述购物袋悬挂运动机构和所述自由落镖机构。本发明的测试仪器可以在一台仪器上完成购物袋的可重复利用性、重物承载能力和耐冲击能力这三项指标的测试,进而可以用于综合评价购物袋的环保特性。
