Abstract: The invention relates to a grinding auxiliary electrochemical discharge machining tool and machining method, wherein the method is particularly suitable for machining metal base composite material. The grinding auxiliary electrochemical discharge machining tool comprises an ECDM (Electrochemical Discharge Machining) electrode and an abrasive layer, wherein the abrasive layer is mainly used for removing recast material formed around a sparkle pit in a machining process. Due to the application of the invention, when materials hard to machine is machined, the removal rate of the materials can be increased, better surface quality can be obtained, and the service life of the machining tool is greatly prolonged.
本发明涉及一种磨削辅助电化学放电加工工具及加工方法,该方法尤其适用于金属基复合材料的加工。所述磨削辅助电化学放电加工工具包括ECDM电极以及设于所述ECDM电极上的磨料层,所述磨料层主要用于移除加工过程中火花坑周围形成的重铸材料。实施本发明在对难以加工的材料进行加工时能够增加材料的去除率,获得更好的表面质量,并且大大地延长了加工工具的寿命。
