Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for microfluidic mixing in a "lab-on-a-chip" environment. The methodology focuses on constant acceleration and deceleration about a mean angular speed with a rotating disk serving as the mixing platform. The methodology results in good mixing between different fluids.
