Abstract: 以 0 3PCLT/P (VDF TrFE)納米復合材料為熱釋電膜 ,制備了具有多層結構的熱釋電探測器 ,測量了熱釋電電流靈敏度 .通過引進矩陣方法從理論上計算了這個多層熱釋電探測器的電流靈敏度并討論了各層厚度對其影響 .計算值與實驗測量值相比較 ,兩者在 1 0 1~ 1 0 3 Hz的頻率范圍內符合得很好
