Abstract: This study investigated the online pricing practice, which is defined as the lowest publicly available price, on expedia.com, Zuji.com, and WingOn.com that represent international, regional, and local online travel agencies. Using four most popular outbound travel destinations for Hong Kong travelers including Shanghai, Bangkok, London, and Vancouver, empirical findings indicated that the local online travel agency consistently offered the lowest air fares for all destinations.
