dcterms.abstractOn the basis of test results of foreign researchers, probabilistic characteristics of ultimate drift ratio of R.C. column is given. Under the condition that ultimate drift ratio of story is approximately equal to that of column, and using the conclusions of Ref.[1], reliability analysis method of structures with passive energy dissipation devices for severe earthquake is proposed.-
