dcterms.abstract方法: 采用行动学习法,收集护生的反思报告资料,并采用质性资料内容分析方法进行分析。-
dcterms.abstract结果: 93名护生在行动学习救生包过程中,从最初准备无序阶段到有序阶段,最后进入实现目标的过程。在这个过程中护生不断反思、由浅入深、始终紧紧围绕解决问题的全过程。-
dcterms.abstract结论: 采用行动学习法需要护生进行不断的行动和反思。将救生包准备和演练纳入灾害护理课程,对提升护生解决问题和灾害应对能力发挥着积极作用。-
dcterms.abstractObjective: To examine changes made by students in developing a survival kit in a given disaster situation.-
dcterms.abstractMethods: Action learning approach was adopted. Data from reflective journals were collected. Conventional qualitative content analysis was utilized.-
dcterms.abstractResults: Changes from this learning experience in 93 nursing students was involved from less organized to well organized, and ultimately moving into the next goal in a new situation. Reflection played an essential role surrounded in this constant and iterative process.-
dcterms.abstractConclusion: Using action learning approach requires participants’ constant action and reflection. Developing a survival kit in the subject of "Disasters and Global Health Challenges" has become distinctive to foster nursing students’ problem-solving skills in disaster preparedness.-
