Abstract: Doctors in China tend to use a lecture-style approach to teach rehabilitation techniques to staff, colleagues, patients and patients' families. A model of interactive teaching and learning was developed. This is explained using students to facilitate interactive learning for rehabilitation professionals in China. This model has been implemented six times in China over a 3-year period.
