dcterms.abstract本文在电压钳位实验和H H模型基础上分析了乌贼神经轴突细胞膜钾离子通道的电阻抗特性 ,并使其与电子电路的感性电路相对比 ,得出了钾离子通道具有与感抗电路相似的特性 ,并作出了钾离子通道电流、电压与时间的关系图 ,由分析可知 ,在整个膜电压变化的范围内 ,钾离子通道都有与感抗电路相似的特性。因此得出结论为 :在分析细胞膜阻抗特性时 ,可以将钾离子通道等效为一个感抗电路 ,从而将H H模型中离子通道的电导简化为仅含有膜电压一个变量的函数 ,简化并精确了计算过程-
