Abstract: The invention discloses a method for stripping a titanium dioxide nanotube film and a method for manufacturing a dye-sensitized solar cell. A secondary anodic oxidation method is adopted for the method for stripping the titanium dioxide nanotube film and is used for stripping the titanium dioxide nanotube film growing on a titanium plate from the titanium plate. In the method for manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell, the titanium dioxide nanotube film stripped with the method is taken as a light anode, is pasted on transparent electric-conducting glass, and is encapsulated into the dye-sensitized solar cell together with electrolyte, a counter electrode and the like. The method for stripping the titanium dioxide nanotube film realizes the separation between the titanium plate and the titanium dioxide nanotube film growing with the anodic oxidation method, and by using the method for manufacturing the dye-sensitized solar cell in the invention, the adoption of a positive radiation structure for the dye-sensitized solar cell in which the titanium dioxide nanotube film is taken as the light anode material is made possible.
本发明公开了一种二氧化钛纳米管薄膜的剥离方法及染料敏化太阳能电池的制备方法,二氧化钛纳米管薄膜的剥离方法采用二次阳极氧化的方法,用于将通过阳极氧化法在钛片上生长的二氧化钛纳米管薄膜从钛片上剥离。染料敏化太阳能电池的制备方法以上述剥离方法得到的二氧化钛纳米管薄膜作为光阳极,并且将其粘贴于透明导电玻璃上,与电解液、对电极等一起封装成染料敏化太阳能电池。本发明的二氧化钛纳米管薄膜的剥离方法实现了阳极氧化法生长的二氧化钛纳米管薄膜与钛片的分离,并且利用本发明的染料敏化太阳能电池的制备方法,使以二氧化钛纳米管薄膜作为光阳极材料的染料敏化太阳能电池采用正辐射结构成为可能。
