Core-shell particles for waste water treatment

Abstract

The present invention relates to a method of treating inorganic and organic compounds in wastewater, such as leachate. The treatment method involves the use of a amphiphilic particles that consist of hydrophobic cores and amine-containing polymer shells. The method of making the particles and their structures are such that the particles have diameters in the range of 100 to 500nm and they may be used multiples of times more in treating wastewater, through the process of regenerating the particles. 本发明涉及一种处理废水如垃圾渗滤液中无机和有机化合物的方法。所述处理方法涉及使用一种由疏水性内核和含胺聚合物外壳组成的双极性微球。制备所述微球及其结构的方法使得这些微球的直径在100-500nm的范围内，且通过再生微球的步骤，这些微球在废水处理中可多次使用。
