Abstract: It focuses on the behavioral intentions of hotel employees in China toward adoption of information and communication technology (ICT). It is found that both subjective norm and attitude were related to behavioral intention of adopting ICT. Hotel managers are advised to provide relevant training to employees to improve their competency in using ICT.
