Abstract

本文介绍 Chomsky句法理论的最新动向,即最简方案的新发展。从形式句法的哲学理念出发,逐个讨论了语言机制同认知系统的关系,语言习得与句法理论的关系,以及由此而产生的句法中的界面关系。在此基础上还介绍了最简方案中关于句法派生过程的最新假设,对层阶式派生、平行式派生等概念作了简单扼要的介绍。 This is a summarizing presentation of the latest development of Chomsky's formal syntax, namely, the state of the art of the Minimalist Program. It begins with the philosophical basis for formal syntax, and proceeds to the relationship between language faculty and cognitive system, the relationship between language acquisition and syntactic theory, and the interface relationship based on the two. It also briefly discusses the latest development of techniques, such as derivation by phase, parallel derivation and derivation cycles.
