The establishment of the coordination relationship in green supply chain

Abstract

本研究提出，通过供应链上战略伙伴之间的协调与合作，实行信息共享、资源共享以及利益共享。企业间可能做到在经济利益及环保效益的双赢。我们对两家公司GMP及SMP的合作作了分析，因而为建立一般绿色供应链管理提供了一种模式。 ： In this research， we point out that through the coordination and cooperation among the strategic partners of a supply chain， with sharing of information， resource and benefit， the organizations on the supply chain can achieve positive results in both economic benefit and environmental efficiency， We investigate the cooperation between GMP， an electric motor producer， and its magnate supplier， SMP， and the study provides a framework for further establishing the green supply chain management．
