dcterms.abstract目的了解非ICU护士对机械通气患者的照护行为意向,为提高护士照护机械通气患者的技能培训提供依据。方法应用护士对照护机械通气患者的行为态度、主观行为规范和行为意向量表(中文修订版)对照护过机械通气患者的140名非ICU护士进行测评。结果66·9%、93·9%及94·0%的调查对象照护机械通气患者的行为态度、规范及意向为正性。结论大部分非ICU护士对照护机械通气患者态度积极;可从对行为、态度、规范及意向有显著影响的因素入手改善少部分人的行为意向,尤其注重其正性主观行为规范的培养。-
dcterms.abstractObjective To understand non-ICU nurses’ attitude, subjective norm and behavioral intentions toward caring mechanically ventilated patients in chengdu.Methods The modified version of attitude, subjective norm & behavioral intention of nurses toward mechanically ventilated patients (ASIMP) was used to investigate 140 non-ICU nurses in three tertiary-level hospitals in Chengdu.Results 66.9%, 93.9% and 94.0% non-ICU nurses were positive for the attitude, subjective norm and behavioral intentions toward caring mechanically ventilated patients. Conclusion Most of non-ICU nurses’ behavioral intentions toward caring for mechanically ventilated patients were positive. In order to improve non-ICU nurses’ behavioral intentions towards caring mechanically ventilated patients, factors that had significantly positive effect on behavioral intention should be emphasized. Non-ICU nurses’ positive subjective norm should be trained especially.-
