dcterms.abstract铁代谢紊乱性疾病影响着数以亿计人 口,最为人们所熟知的是,铁缺乏可引起缺铁性贫血,而铁过多将导致血色素沉着症。近年来研究表明铁代谢紊乱造成的危害并不局限于此,机体多种疾病的发生与 铁过载有关,如神经退行性疾病[1]、铁源性心脏病[2]和肝纤维化[3]等。原因是过量的铁可促发大量自由基产生,引起组织损伤。临床常采用放血疗法或 给予去铁敏等铁螯合剂治疗,然而长期跟踪显示此种疗法并不能从根本上治疗铁过载性疾病,且副作用很大[4]。因此,寻找和开发治疗铁过载疾病的有效新药成 为一项刻不容缓的任务。2001年,Park和P igeon等同时发现了一种铁负性调节激素———铁调素(hepc id in,Hepc), -
