dcterms.abstract青少年特发性脊柱侧凸 (adolescent idiopathic scoliosis, AIS)是青春前期或骨骼成熟前发生的脊柱侧凸 ,是小儿骨骼肌肉系统中最常见的畸形之一。发病率很高 ,约占青少年的 2 %~ 3% ,占整个脊柱侧凸的 80 %。目前的研究尚不知引起侧凸的发生及加重是同一原因还是不同原因 ,也不清楚为什么一些患儿侧凸会加重 ,而另一些患儿侧凸不加重。笔者试图阐述 :(1)可能与侧凸发生有关的学说 ;(2 )可能与侧凸加重有关的学说。当然 ,有时很难分开一种假说只与侧凸的发生有关 ,而另一种假说只与侧凸的加重有关。1 遗传因素在同一家庭中 ,AIS有多发的现象。Harrington -
