dcterms.abstract脑卒中是中国人群疾病谱中最主要的致残因素之一[1],由于脑卒中患者患侧肢体运动功能多存在障碍,从而严重影响了其日常生活活动能力。在目前针对脑卒中后肢体瘫痪的康复治疗中,电刺激是一种广泛应用的治疗方法[2-5]。大量临床研究表明,电刺激治疗能改善脑卒中患者的肢体功能,提高其生活自理能力,降低致残率。本文仅就国内外关于电刺激治疗脑卒中后肢体功能障碍的临床研究进展作一综述,以飨读者。电刺激种类目前治疗脑卒中后偏瘫肢体功能障碍患者的电刺激疗法尚无统一分类标准,主要采用频率在1000Hz以下的低频脉冲电进行治疗,常见的治疗方法包括神经肌肉电刺激(neuromuscularelectrical stimu-
