Abstract: In this paper, different parameters included: (i) auxiliaries, (ii) dyeing method, (iii) curing temperature, (iv) pH and (v) dyeing time were used for assessing the results of pigment dyeing of wool by exhaustion method. It was found that cationic auxiliary and pH played an important role in colour yield of dyeing but other parameters also affected the final colour yield of pigment dyeing to different extent. The experimental results were analysed and discussed quantitatively.
