Abstract: Investigations were conducted on strength, extensibility and stress withstand retention of three stitch types which are commonly used for knitted products with investigation upon the physical performance to the density change. Experimental and theoretical analyses were conducted onto the changing patterns created by the increasing of stitch density of different stitch structures.
