Abstract: The developed sports bra design investigated users demands based on a completed literature review and observation. The key functional requirements were determined and translated into sports bra design attributes to fulfil the proposed aims in terms of reducing thermal, good moisture management, appropriate compression and support for specific motion control. Through using innovative knitted fabrics and seamless knitting technique, the design provide effective functions as well as wear comfortable that exhibited second skin like materials during sport activities. The performance of the developed sports bra prototype was evaluated through wear trial. The results of the design can be utilized for innovative sportswear design and explore a way to achieve performance sports bra for healthcare and comfortable demands.
