Abstract: We experimentally demonstrate 256 Gb/s PM-16-QAM transmission up to 2600 km by using 100-km spans of few-mode fibers (FMF) operating in quasi-single-mode (QSM) transmission and using a DD-LMS algorithm to compensate multi-path interference (MPI).
