Abstract: During recent 20 years, dendrimers have drawn great attention because of their unique highly branched structures. A promising application of dendrimers is that they can be used as high-loading supports for organic synthesis and catalysis. In this review, dendrimer supports and hybrids of these with solid-phase resins are described, focusing on the special features of high-loading dendritic architectures, applications in organic synthesis as well as catalysis.
