Multiwavelength erbium-doped fiber lasers with excellent stability and uniformity are demonstrated experimentally at room temperature. The novel fiber lasers are stabilized and equalized as a result of the balance between the self-stabilizing function of FWM and the mode competition effect of erbium-doped fiber. | URI: | http://hdl.handle.net/10397/24871 | ISSN: | 1041-1135 | EISSN: | 1941-0174 | DOI: | 10.1109/LPT.2005.858075 |
