dcterms.abstractThe present invention provides a novel potassium-sodium niobate zirconium barium titanate series leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition which comprises perovskite type piezoelectrics K<1-x>Na<x>NbO3 and strong ferroelectrics Ba(Ti<1-y>Zr<y>)O3, the general formula is represented by (1-z)(K<1-x>Na<x>)NbO3-zBa(Ti<1-y>Zr<y>)O3, in the formula 0<x<1, 0<y<1, 0<z<=0.1. The leadless piezoelectric ceramic composition can also comprises one or a plurality of oxides, the general formula is (1-z)(k<1-x>Na<x>)NbO3-zBa(Ti<1-y> Zr<y>)O3((100-a)mol%+M<alpha>O<beta>(amol%). The optimal value d33 of the system piezoelectric ceramic composition can up to above 230pC/N, kp can up to above 48%, and the kt can up to above 47%, has the advantages of good compactness, high Curie temperature, good thermal stability, being prepared with the conventional piezoelectric ceramic preparing technique and has practicability.-
dcterms.abstract一种新型的铌酸钠钾锆钛酸钡系无铅压电陶瓷组合物,其包含钙钛矿型压电体K1-xNaxNbO3和强铁电体Ba(Ti1-yZry)O3,其通式用(1-z)(K1-xNax)NbO3-zBa (Ti1-yZry)O3来表示,式中0<x<1,0<y<1,0<z≤0.1。该无铅压电陶瓷组合物还可以含有一种或多种氧化物,其通式为(1-z)(K1-xNax)NbO3-zBa(Ti1-y Zry)O3((100-a)mol%)+MαOβ(amol%)。该体系压电陶瓷组合物的最优值d33可达230pC/N以上,kp可达48%以上,kt可达47%以上,致密性好,居里温度高,热稳定性好,采用传统压电陶瓷制备技术制得,具有实用性。-
