Abstract: This article reviews the experience of an interorganizational collaboration among five small NGOs coworking as a consortium in Hong Kong. While earlier discussions identified the success factors of collaboration, this article extends the discussion on boundary-spanning processes of managing those complex and delicate inter-personal and organizational relationships.
