dcterms.abstractThe present invention is piezoelectric ceramic step-up transformer and its making process. The mechanical serial structure in the input end and the output end are utilized to produce resonance, and raised voltage is output with high electric power converting efficiency. The piezoelectric transformer is produced via co-baking process and has the features of compact structure, small size, stable performance and the small cuboid structure. During the making process, bending vibrating mode is introduced. The transformer is suitable for use in small electronic instrument.-
dcterms.abstract压电陶瓷升压变压器和制备方法,利用输入和输出端的机械串联结构使压电陶瓷产生共振,在输出端输出升压,并获得高电功率转换效率。压电变压器采用一体化共烧工艺制备,具有结构紧凑,器件尺寸小,工作性能稳定等特点。适用于小型化的电子仪器。器件的主要优点在于:器件形状为扁平长方体结构。采用共烧工艺,以及尺寸优化技术,将一般情况下较少采用的弯曲振荡模式引入升压变压器的设计中。采用多层共烧结构,拓宽输入电压的调节范围。-
