Abstract: The cyclic dichromism spectrum of three novel chiral zincporphyrins [α, β, α, β-tetrakis (o-Boc-L-Alaamidophenyl) -porphyrintozinc (α β, α, β-ZnT(o-BocAla) APP 1), α, β, α, β-tetrakis (o-Boc-L-Proamidophenyl) porphyrintozinc (α, β, α, β-ZnT(o-BocPro)APP 2) and α, β, α, β-tetrakis (o-Benzoyl-L-Glnamidophenyl) porphyrintozinc (α, β, α, β-ZnT(o-BzlGln) APP 3)] in dichloromethane were inverstigated, and spectrum changes after the addition of chirl amino acids ester were studied also. The mechanism of CD was discussed in this article.
