Abstract: Sandwich-like hybrid nanosheets consisting of graphene wrapped SnO/SnO 2 nanocrystals anchored on graphene have been synthesized via a facile layer-by-layer self-assembly approach. The hierarchical structure exhibits good cyclability and rate performance benefiting from the unique double protection of graphene layers.
